We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive who is fluent in Hindi to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in Hindi, coupled with a confident to effectively engage with hot leads and existing customers.

Job Role-
1. Communicate fluently in Hindi to engage with potential customers and existing clients.
2. Proactively reach out to hot leads which was provided by suwasthi on phone calls.
3. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements.
4. Refill orders and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
5. Upsell and cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers to increase their lifetime value.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.
7. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
